COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Patient and staff safety is our first priority. We are taking measures to ensure our workplace is sanitized and ready for each new patient that comes in for treatment. After each appointment, we allocate enough time to properly disinfect equipment and each treatment room as well as high touch areas. All staff are equipped with new PPE for each client.

Client COVID-19 Safety Procedures

  • 1. Please remain in your vehicle and notify our office that you have arrived before coming inside.

Send a text to 204-297-9393 to let us know you've arrived and we will let you know when it is safe to come into the office. This will enable us to ensure physical distancing between clients.

    • 2. Masks and hand sanitization are required.

    You will be required to wear a non-medical mask to your appointments as per government guidelines. Your treatment staff will be wearing the appropriate PPE throughout your treatments. Hand sanitizer will be provided in each treatment room and reception area for each patient to use.

    3. Temperture checks and completion of a COVID-19 Questionnaire are required.

Upon entry, we will first check your temperature and require that you complete a COVID-19 Questionaire. If your temperature is above 38 degrees you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

4. Come to your appointment alone and do not bring non essential items with you.
Please do not bring additional guests with you as we are only allowing one person for each appointment at this time. Please leave non-essential items in your vehicle, unless it is required.
